Beef Rendang in rich coconut and spices

When celebrating the feast of Idul Adha day, it doesn't complete if we don't cooking Rendang Special Idhul Adha.

Rendang is food knowledge from Padang, West of Sumatra, which is consist of a meat dish simmered for hours in coconut milk and spices, allowing it to absorb all the spices and flavours. After that, the meat becomes deliciously tender, and is commonly eaten with hot rice or rice cakes.

Many typical rendang dishes include beef Rendang, Chicken Rendang, Jengkol Rendang, Rendang kerang, Crab Rendang, and etc.

In celebrtaing Feast of Idhul Adha day, we are (family) cooking beef Rendang , which the beef from qurban.
We cook beef in rich coconut and spices, with instant seasoning mix , with authentic Indonesian recipe which is so delicious .. hmm..

it's very simple to cook it, just boiling the beef in 1 liter of boiled water till tender, for 0,5 kg beef. then stir-fry spices and seasoning mix till fragrant, then add the cooced beef and 1,5 glasses of broth. after that, cook on a low flame till meat is tender and saused thickened .. this is it... hmmmm...

*ingrediets of herbs and spices, coconut milk, shallot, chilli, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, flavour enhancer, garlic, and adding with lime leaves.

woow... it's ready to serve with hot rice or rice cakes.. yummyy

if this spices so difficult, you may using indofood, kokita or other instant sachet seasoning...
